Who we are

Safeway Games, based in Georgia, United States, operates Aevorynth: The Last Bastion and this website. For privacy questions or requests, email support@aevorynththelastbastion.com.

This policy covers our website and the game services we operate. Platform operators such as Valve, Google and Apple also process information under their own privacy policies when you use their services.

Information we process

  • Accounts and sign-in: game account identifiers, usernames, account status, credentials for manual accounts, and authentication tokens or platform identifiers needed to verify supported platform sign-ins. We do not ask for your Steam, Google or Apple password.
  • Game progress: characters, equipment, inventory, achievements, game activity, premium-currency balances and VIP membership status.
  • Purchases: product identifiers, transaction references, verification records, delivery records and refund or dispute information. Store payment providers handle payment-card details; our game backend does not receive your full payment-card number.
  • Communication: player text chat and information you send in support, abuse-report or privacy requests. Chat can be visible to other players according to the channel used; avoid sharing sensitive information.
  • Technical records: IP addresses, connection times, requested website paths, service errors and security or gameplay logs used to run and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate players, maintain game progress, deliver purchases, operate chat and multiplayer features, troubleshoot errors, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, respond to requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and service operation, compliance with legal duties, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Analytics, diagnostics and future features

Unity Analytics and Diagnostics are planned but are not currently enabled by Safeway Games. Voice chat is also a possible future feature and is not currently enabled. Before enabling these features, we will update relevant disclosures and provide any required consent choices or permission requests. This website does not embed analytics scripts, advertising trackers, social widgets or third-party fonts.

Who receives information

OVHcloud hosts our game and backend infrastructure. Supported storefront and identity providers process the information needed for sign-in, purchase verification and platform achievements. Authorized service providers may process support communications and technical records to help us operate the service. We limit access to what is needed for those purposes.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect players or the service, resolve fraud or security incidents, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate protections and notice. Player-facing names, characters and chat may be visible to other players.

See the providers’ policies: OVHcloud, Valve/Steam, Google, Apple, and Unity. A listed future platform is not a statement that its integration is currently active.

Retention and deletion

Account and gameplay data are kept while needed to provide your account and maintain the integrity of the game. Purchase, fraud-prevention and dispute records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes after account closure. Support records are retained as needed to resolve requests and document their outcome.

Website access logs rotate daily and retain approximately 14 days of rotations. Game and authentication logs are separate. Backups are not live accounts; deletion from backup copies follows their replacement cycle, subject to legitimate retention requirements. If a backup is restored, deletion requests must be reapplied before affected records return to normal use.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the Account Deletion page. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. Email support@aevorynththelastbastion.com to exercise these rights. We may ask for proportionate proof that you control the account; do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or authentication tokens. We respond within applicable legal time limits.

Uninstalling the game or unlinking a platform does not by itself delete a game account. Store-managed subscriptions, if offered, must be cancelled with the relevant store separately.

Children, security and international processing

Aevorynth is intended for people aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Higher local minimum-age rules may also apply.

We use access controls and secure transport for our public website and authentication endpoints. No system can guarantee absolute security. Because Safeway Games and its providers operate in different locations, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies and policy updates

The landing and policy pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The account-deletion flow uses essential secure cookies for Steam sign-in verification, short-lived authentication and a deletion-status receipt lasting up to 30 days. Sign-in and purchase services also use authentication/session data to operate their features. Following an external store link takes you to a service with its own practices.

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. The effective date appears at the top of this policy.
