About these terms
These terms govern use of Aevorynth: The Last Bastion and this website, operated by Safeway Games in Georgia, United States. Contact support@aevorynththelastbastion.com with questions. Store terms and applicable law also apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age requirement applicable to you. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information where requested and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell or impersonate another person’s account.
Permission to play
Subject to these terms and any applicable store license, Safeway Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game for its intended entertainment purposes. You may not redistribute the game, bypass access controls, operate unauthorized commercial services or misuse intellectual property. This does not restrict rights or exceptions granted by applicable law.
Fair play and player content
Follow our Community Rules. Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, automate prohibited gameplay, harass others, distribute malware, or interfere with service operation. Report vulnerabilities privately to support.
You remain responsible for content you submit, including chat. You grant us permission to transmit, display, store and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate and protect the service. Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights or reveals another person’s private information.
Purchases and virtual items
Diamonds, virtual items and VIP benefits are digital entitlements for use within the game, not money or an investment. They have no cash-redemption value and are not transferable outside authorized game features. Available offers, prices, duration and benefits are displayed before purchase. Read the Purchase & Refund Information page. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable store refund rules take precedence.
Development and service changes
The game is in development. Features, balancing and availability may change, and maintenance or technical problems may interrupt access. Test environments may reset or change; material conditions for a particular test should be disclosed before participation. We do not promise a release date, uninterrupted access or that a planned platform or feature will ship.
Moderation, suspension and closure
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow an appeal through support. Serious security threats may require immediate action. Account deletion can be requested through our Account Deletion page.
Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for using a compatible device and internet connection. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional promises beyond those stated in the applicable purchase or service terms. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not permit it, including mandatory consumer remedies.
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or remove any legal right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
Updates and platform terms
We may update these terms with notice appropriate to the significance of the change. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already protected by law. Valve, Google and Apple operate their own stores and are not the operator of this game. Their purchase terms and any applicable end-user license continue to apply; this page is not a replacement for a store-mandated license agreement.
